Terms of Supply

These terms govern the supply of products by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ABN [ABN] trading as Pristine Lab Peptides (“Pristine”, “we”, “us”) through pristinepeptides.io. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Research use only
All products supplied through this site are supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research applications.
The products are not therapeutic goods. They are not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. They are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and are not supplied for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or in-vivo purpose.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation for any use in humans or animals. We make no representation that any product is suitable for any application beyond laboratory research.
2. Who may order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you are acquiring the product for laboratory or analytical research purposes only;
- you will not administer the product to any human or animal, and will not supply or resupply it to any person for that purpose;
- you are competent to handle laboratory reagents safely, and accept responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal; and
- you are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including any import requirements.
These confirmations are recorded against your order at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use falls outside these terms.
3. Product information
Product records state chemical identity, purity, physical form and storage conditions. A certificate of analysis is issued against each lot and published on the product record.
Purity figures refer to the analytical result for the stated lot and are determined by the method named on the certificate. Molecular data and CAS identifiers are provided as reference information.
We take care to ensure product information is accurate, but do not warrant that every listing is free from error. Where an error affects an order, section 7 applies.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price applying to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch the goods. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order and do not by themselves constitute acceptance.
Where a product is listed in error, at an incorrect price, or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
5. Payment
Payment methods available at checkout are shown during the checkout process. Orders paid by direct bank transfer are held until cleared funds are received. Orders not paid within [NUMBER] days may be cancelled.
Title in the goods passes on receipt of cleared funds. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supply.

7. Returns, faults and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited at our option to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from any use of a product outside the research-use scope described in section 1.
You indemnify us against any claim, loss or liability arising from your use, handling, storage, disposal or onward supply of any product otherwise than in accordance with these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product photography, logos and the Pristine Lab Peptides name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
